Friday 25th January 2019 - HOB U20s v Newtongrange Star

A home game tonight against Newtongrange Star in the first round of the Development Cup. After a one on one with the Newtongrange keeper in the first minute which we missed the game had a stuffy start from both teams with little chances created. Eventually we settled and Jack fired home from 20 yards to put us 1-0 up. This spurred us on and almost immediately Rory scored a fantastic second goal after great work by Dean. Following half time we dominated the game and goals came flowing from Dylan, Dean, Ryan and Alex to record a very good victory and secure a home tie in the second round against Lothian Thistle HV.
Free week next Friday which will give us time to clear up a few knocks and bruises.
